Step-by-Step Guide: Navigate to the Account Tab : Start by opening the Yamersal app and going to the “Account” tab. This section is your central hub for all account settings and personal preferences.
Accessing Account Deletion Options : Within the “Account” tab, you’ll find various options to manage your account. To proceed with deleting your account, tap on “More” to uncover additional settings.
Initiating Account Deletion : In the list of options under “More,” locate and select “Delete Account.” This action will begin the process of permanently removing your account. Please remember, this action is irreversible, so be certain of your decision.
Important Note – Financial Balance : Before your account can be deleted, ensure that there is no remaining financial balance. If your account has any funds, you must withdraw them before proceeding with deletion. This step is crucial for a smooth account deletion experience.
Confirmation : After selecting “Delete Account,” a confirmation prompt will appear. This is to prevent accidental deletions of accounts. Once you confirm your choice, your account, along with all associated data, will be permanently deleted.
